Timothy Herbert Jackson

Timothy "Tim" Herbert Jackson, 67, of Duluth, passed away on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017, in his home. He was born to Helmer & Justine Jackson in Duluth, MN. Tim attended Holy Rosary school and served in the US Army, stationed in Germany during Vietnam. Tim was a jack of all trades; he built three homes, and worked various jobs at many places including BARKO Hydraulics and SIMKO in Superior, WI. He was well known and respected in his field of hydraulics, and was very good at what he did.  Tim loved gardening, cooking, and nature, especially ducks.  Tim loved his children and grandchildren, and he will be missed dearly by his family and friends.  Tim was preceded in death by his parents; and several aunts and uncles. Tim is survived by his children, Angela (Dan) Wilkinson, Timothy "TJ" Jackson, Daniel Jackson, and Lindsey Jackson; grandchildren, Justin Morse, Ariel Gist, Zachary Jackson, Kaylee Jackson, Brandon Jackson, and Nora Jackson; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Harper; best friend, John Kempfert; and furry friend, Maggie May. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11 am Friday, February 24th at Sunrise Funeral Home, 4798 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown.
