David William Weber, 49, of Superior, WI. ran into the arms of his loving and forgiving Savior on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017. David was born to George Clement Weber and Mary Louise (DeNoyer) Weber in Woodruff, Wisconsin on July 10, 1967. David spent nearly 8 years in the Marine Corps. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Masters of Engineering Management from the University of Idaho. He was most recently employed at Superior Water, Light and Power Company. David married the love of his life, Tammy Jo Schafer, on June 16, 2001, in Pawnee City, Nebraska. They began their life together in Portland, Oregon where welcomed their son Joseph Steven. In July 2003, they moved to Superior, WI where their daughter Georgina Louise was born. David was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Weber; and his father-in-law, Terry Lynn Schafer. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Jo; his children, Joseph and Georgina of Superior, WI; his father, George Weber of Henderson, Nevada; brother, Steven (Anne) Weber of Henderson, Nevada; sister, Beth (Mark) Draeger of Rapid City, South Dakota; mother-in-law, Cathy Schafer, of DuBois, Nebraska; sister-in-law, Theresa (Troy) Huffman of Aurora, Colorado; brother-in-laws, John (Dena) Schafer of Goodyear, Arizona and Leighton (Amelia Morcuende) Schafer of DuBois, Nebraska; many nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends. VISITATION: 10 am Saturday, May 27th at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 802 Maple Grove Road, Duluth, with memorial service to follow at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe account has been set up to support Tammy Jo and the children.
